Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services offered by Techifirm Services Pvt Ltd.

1. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation by emailing team@techifirm.com.

For subscription-based services, cancellation becomes effective from the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if service was not delivered as agreed, a duplicate payment was made, or a transaction error occurred.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Completed services, customized development projects, and consultation services once delivered are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
