Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1st April 2020

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services offered by Techifirm Services Pvt Ltd.

1. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation by emailing team@techifirm.com.

For subscription-based services, cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

• Service was not delivered as agreed
• Duplicate payment was made
• Transaction error occurred

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed services
• Customized development projects
• Consultation services once delivered

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
